Blue SoundWave Repaint sold Seperate?

Well it turns out that the Blue SoundWave that comes with 2007 movie Megatron, and the Fallen, in the Gathering at the Nemisis box set that is a Toys-r-us exclusive, will be sold seperatley as a deluxe as seen below. He look's fairly cool, and i might even get this repaint if he hits shelves. Enjoy :-)

    Oh ya, and he will be everywere mostlikely, only in the set with megs and fallen will he be only at toysrus
